almost summer

I came home from night shift this morning and the sun was shining! A rare occurance this year. My line of clothes was also dry. A lot to be doing a happy dance about.

problem I have to sleep.

Last night I called a "code brown" . To explain a code brown, I will give you a hint;

I gave a bottle of laxative to a patient who had to have a special cat scan this Am for a diagnosis. She needed an empty bowel. An empty bowel she has!

Well, at 3 AM it decided to work overtime and needless to say, she never made it to the bathroom.

But, that is all in the line of duty for me and the cleaning lady. I am thankful I was not in the line of fire.

Thinking of summer, we start vacation in Gros Morne in 3 weeks and travel across nL for 10 days. I hope we won't freeze our butts off. We are not camping, so that helps. But looking forward to hiking some trails and mingling with the locals.
