Where were y'all when Christains were being slaughtered?
On yesterday's edition of "Oprah," movie star George Clooney and his father did a little part about their visit to Sudan. Clooney reported that since the Arab Muslim government doesn't consider Blacks real Muslims, they have been fighting and killing Black Muslims.
Well,... ...now that they've killed off all the Black Christians they've been warring against for years. Where was everyone during these years? Many Sudanese Blacks who are now Muslims are the offspring of the many Sudanese Black Christian women who were gang-raped and murdered .
Not a word about that . Nothing mentioned Bin Laden living for years in Sudan, as a guest of it's extremist Islamic government, while he planned the bombings of U.S. embassies in East Africa and other terrorist attacks.Islam was hardly mentioned . The genocide in Sudan was not a civil war between White and Black Muslims. That is misconceived.If these celebrities are going to go public, they should tell the whole truth and oprah if she is educating her viewers should present both views so they can think for themselves.
It is not really education unless you understand the whole. Oprah is getting cheesy these days as she ventures into things she does not know about and depends on her newly enlightened celebrities to inform her. As well, she has people beaten, raped, starving, opressed, in her own land. Why in the world would she go to the Sudan to try to save people when she has just covered topics just as big in her own country?
