weather or not..

They say in the Maritimes you always have something new to talk about. They are correct. The weather changes as fast as you can put your coat on to go out the door. It also seems to watch me going to the closet to get my running shoes. it can be warm and beautiful outside with a stretch of gold and red leaves against a payne's grey sky. (That is art talk), and as soon as the shoes go on, the rain Gods come out. Tonight I did my run in cooler showers than usual-next to slush. Tomorrow may be better but yesterday the same rain Gods came out when I opened the door. This Fall we spent 2 weeks in Southern Ontario and had sun from morning until night. Not a drop of rain! But, the pollution could be tasted as you ran along. You could wipe it off your face at night. I guess we can't have it all, but a bit less rain, please, rain Gods.
